We have a 5 step process to streamline the home finance process

Step 1 Pre-Flight Check:

This stage begins with a discovery conversation about your unique situation so that we can learn more about you, your home or your future home so that we can make recommendations to help you find the best option in financing your home for you and your family.

Step 2 Fueling the Rocket:

After we submit your application, you will work with our Award Winning Banking and support staff with our lender to confirm your loan choice, review the required documentation, answer questions, and review the anticpated timeline and expectations.

Step 3 All Systems Check:

After you agree on the selected option, you will lock in your rate and sign initial disclosures and provide any required documentation.

Step 4 Ready for Launch:

After we recieve a complete loan package and everything is reviewed and approved by underwriting, you will be cleared for launch.
